Dries Van Noten offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We ensure a seamless experience to maintain the high standards of our house and your satisfaction.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the 14-day eligibility window.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the security seal remains intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid courier label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, covering any previous delivery information.

• 4.
  Final Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
